Orders take 3-6 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.
Shipping time to the United States can take up to 14-22 business days. International times vary and can take up to 15-50 business days depending on location and vendor. It will take a while sometimes :(

For US Customers: With the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are already facing delays with shipping times, but it has come to our attention that the USPS is facing a backlog with deliveries which leads to longer delays. When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Some of our vendors use shipment methods that don't offer tracking numbers for their shipments out. Sorry! Shoot us a message and we'll figure it out for you if our vendors can offer us the tracking info. We offer protection on any orders that exceed the standard shipping times of 15-50 business days. If you have not received your order within the timeframe established for U.S. shipping, please check with your local delivery system to ensure the package was not mistakenly placed nearby (at a neighbours house for example).
In the case that the product is not delivered, just shoot us an email and we'll check on its status for you!

Since you’ve ordered multiple items, our handling team on the manufacturing site sometimes puts it in separate packages to maintain its quality. This is the reason why these are being shipped out to you in separate packages on different timelines.

If your package has been lost in shipping or anything bad happens to it, we will send you another one for free or just give you a refund if you're sick of waiting.
It's taken more than 4-6 weeks for some orders to arrive, we're super sorry about the long waiting times if that happens to you, too. We know waiting for packages sucks 😣
If you feel unsatisfied with the wait time, we will refund you 100% of your order when you are able to return the package when it arrives back to us.
