Lime&Out allows for returns for store credit within 30 days of the date the items arrive to your home. Terms and conditions apply:
Products can be returned only if they're in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached. Unfortunately, we won't be able to give store credit if the item is not in its original condition anymore. ☹️
Intimates can not be returned under any circumstances! (underwear, socks, swim wear, tights, etc.)

Can I cancel my order after I've bought something on the website?
We offer immediate order cancellation. If you change your mind, you have up to 12-24 hours to cancel it after purchasing. All you need to do is to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will cancel and refund you in full upon receipt of your cancellation request.
What if it arrives broken and I want a refund?
For sudden instances or cases, we will make it up to you by sending a replacement or refund. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item, please contact us within the first 48 hrs of receiving it.
What if I'm really unhappy and want my money back?

Can I exchange an item for something else?
Unfortunately no, but you can just return it in the original condition with all the tags and we'll give you store credit. You can purchase it again in a different size or color or something totally else. Exchanges can be done just by using your store credit to purchase something else.
What if I received the wrong item?
